ORIENTALS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FAMOUS FOR THEIR BEAUTIFUL SKIN.
FAKE IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT! (SKIN, THAT IS)
AND KEEP THE EYES SIMPLE AND LET THE LIPS SPEAK FOR ITSELF.

WITH SO MUCH DETAILS, KEEP EVERYTHING, INCLUDING YOUR HAIRSTYLE SIMPLE.
STRAIGHT AND SILKY IS THE WAY TO GO.

TIRED OF WEARING THE BASIC BLACK BLAZER? AMP UP IT UP WITH AN INTRICATELY DESIGNED CHINESE COAT.

TRADITIONAL PIECES WITH THE SEASON'S HOTTEST BOOTS GO WELL TOGETHER.

DERMALOGICA'S MIDDLE EAST CONFERENCE

MY NUMBER 1 MOTTO WHEN IT COMES TO DRESSING, KEEP IT SIMPLE.
DRESS: MANGO
CLUTCH: MANGO
EARRINGS: ALDO

PAKISTAN SALON OWNER HINNA'S OUTFIT WAS VERY EDGY YET THE PASTEL JUMPSUIT STILL EXUDES FEMININITY.

SIMPLE AND CHIC JUST HOW I LIKE IT. VAN CLEEF ARPELS WITH YSL. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY?

SPOTTED: YSL 2011/2012 WINTER COLLECTION.

ARCHITECT ROB ABI WAS A DAPPER IN HIS SUIT AND PALE BLUE TIE.

PHOTOGRAPHER STAND WAS CASUALLY CHIC IN MY OPINION. AND THE BODY ART IS JUST AMAZING.

AFTER MY MAKE UP POLL I DECIDED ON A SLIGHTLY SMOKEY EYE AND RED RUBY WOO LIPS.

GETTING READY FOR THE RED CARPET.
KEPT MY HAIR FREE OF HAIRSPRAYS :)

Last December 1, I was invited by Dermalogica to attend the awarding ceremony after their 2 day Middle East Conference. It is nice to know that companies like Dermalogica will always come up with innovative products and they remain true to training people who carry their merchandise.

The night belonged to the therapists, spas and salons that carry the products and I hope that the recognition that they received will only inspire them to become better :)

THE START OF THE CLEAN UP

Part of starting my New Year right was to spring clean and host my first ever garage sale. It was not easy parting with clothes that I have worn once and some not even but it was something that I had to do for 1. I have no more closet space; 2. it is something more of a personal thing. To let of some items is like letting go of some things in your life that a. you don't need; b. that clutters you space that you can hardly breath! lol!

I want to thank my good friend, Gion Dolores for helping me to choose which outfits to keep to to toss and for visually merchandising my garage sale. :)

It was a great experience... the whole process from the selection to the merchandising to the actual selling. The great part was not from sales rather from being able to just let go of the items that you thought you cannot let go off. :)
